It don't look like the logo is installed in the correct directory on your server Mine is situated at

You need to install your logo into the images directory and normally in the Misc folder of your Style template that your using, and not necessarilly the default forum template, This was a mistake i made many moons ago

According to your link your logo is at

Which is totally in the wrong place, it should be like this
