hi all

Halloween was coming up so i was searching for a decent vb skin but all r gay skins... ipb board has v nice decent skins un like vb skin developers.. anyhow

is there a way to make a pop up window on my site without getting that block i have seen some annoying pop ups on other site that say click here to register or login is there a way to make those window and have a close button its just to scare members when the page loads a scary pic pops up lol

plzz if any one know it help ty
