Step 6 says

In Usergroups > Administrator Permissions.

Select an administrator and click "Edit Permissions".

Change the radio button to "Can Administer Flashchat" to "Yes" or "No" as required, and then click "Save".

Do the same for each administrator.

I did this but when I select yes and save, it doesn't stay on yes. It goes back to no. Hence I cannot get the chat admin to appear in the panel.

I don't know how to solve this. I am the main admin
