I think the moderators DO need the emails

But if I just keep so mods only get reports

Then the super mods wont get reports

Then I can perhaps go and limit Super Mod actions in individual forums where I don't WANT them to have full power...?

I think that will do what I want..

But it means a lot of Super Mods..

I think I will need to set 2 grades of Super Mods - soft delete and hard delete
