Before you installed something like this you should have done a lot of reading on it first because there is a lot of cons on this in my opnion. This does not promise to help you site ratings. If you manage you site good it is not needed but that again is my opnion.

Your going to find out that the rewrites change all the url links to everything on your web site.

Yes I reliaze that, my activty got cut in half! And it continues to go down since over 1k URL's died that same day
