Message Area Width (pixels) 700px

^^ Above two seetings for new thread.

User Control Panel Form Width (pixels) 640px
User Control Panel Message Area Width (pixels) 540px

^^ These two for Control panel area.

Above values nicely fit in 1024 x 768 resolution.
