it's located here: curves/c1_02.jpg NOTE THE FILENAME, c1_02.jpg. PSD was included.

Its because you edited the paths incorrectly. I visited your forum and see that you didn't update the CSS paths. Go to your Main CSS, and make sure all image locations are correct since you moved everything to templates/stlouislan/ and didn't keep it in the curves directory.
