How come since I upgraded to 3.7.3 P1 in AdminCP -> vBEscperience Drop Down menu the Settings: General, Settings: Awards, Settings: Bars, Settings: Points, and Settings: Shop links show blank pages when I click on them?

The links work fine if I use AdminCP -> vBulletin Options

I have uninstalled and killed, deleted files, played with version 17, and ersion 14 and the links are not displaying.
