Per forum should stick around in my opinion as this is quite a handy feature! Maybe a way to select which usergroups to effect? Or select how much points they get through each forums through the kbank settings?

Thanks. The reason why I asked about it is because a lot of people wish to have a name change. So my thought were, they can buy a name change and set a name that they wish to have. Once they did that, an admin gets notified about the name change and he / she can just approve the name change and it'll be instantly changed
