how to ove the message that says user is on your ignore list?

I remember there had been instructions on how to remove the message you see that says 'this thread is hidden because x is on your ignore list', so that instead you saw nothing at all.. I think it involved just making a certain template blank, but I can't remember which one! Anyone know where this post is?
