sorry about delays this hack is updated.

option added: to choose user id you want to prevent them from copies.
new css code added to prevent users who disabled javascript.

next release I will try to add more new things:
- disable clipboard for IE.
- disable drop and drag.
- disable off line page viewing.
- add option to disable page printing

I will try not sure.
