1. FlashChat v4.7.x or v5.x.x
2. Paul M's Flashchat: Integration for vB 3.7 v3.7.005 (Flashchat v4.7.x only) or v3.7.006 (Flashchat v5.x.x only)
3. Then install the correct version of this hack (see versions below)

You have not the second item above installed.
