Hello there,
this is my first question at this forum, please be friendly

I want to creat at my forum a kind of rule, like this:

- All the people that Sign In at my Forum for thr first time, they have to create one topic at "presentations section", until they create that, they cannot see nothing at the f?rum, only after their presentation to the community!

How do i configure that?
