Uh, both branch 1.0 and branch 2.0 have won mod of the month. And you only have to post the URL to somewhere areound 170 sites in your post to work. Regardless AME is far less server intensive then other options out there and doesnt need to be rebuilt and upgraded every time a media definition changes or a new site is added.

The 2.5 version that is in pre release also allows you to control posting (and viewing) via usergroup permissions while definitions produced by the community support local hosted files (plus a number of other options).

While it may not be exactly what the OP is after, I just wanted to set the record straight. If the OP is creating custom pages, why not just insert the embed code yourself? No need for any mod
