Default Submittable Forms
Hi,

I am looking to add a section to my vB3.7 site, this section will be for data collection, I would like to pose questions to my members and have them submit a form which will be something they can resubmit with updated information on a monthly basis, I would also like to graph this data and have it displayed.

Is there anything like this available?
