Subscription Payments - Making it so that there is no shipping address option

Is there a way to make it so that there is no shipping address option? Because I'm getting screwed over from paypal b/c they think I'm suppose to be shipping stuff when these people are getting "virtual goods". I've lost so much money from evil people that just want to get the goods and then put in a claim.

So is there any way to make it so they can't chose a shipping address?
