It's all a question of refresh rates. In all the chatbox this is like that and you are not supposed to click on the refresh button if your refresh rate is low

Older versions worked just fine, but than again, also updated to 3.7.3 just now...

EDIT: never mind... I needed to revert a customized template.. now its fixed!

I know they can minimize it, but it will still be partly visible.

They can totally disable the chatbox from they usercp options (which is the place where options are always ).
