How Can I choose the Best Hosting Plan 4 my Forum

Hello there,

Actually I intend to make my forum opened 4 guests to view attachments and user's profiles etc, and my current hosting plan is shared hosting which gives me sometimes "Internal Server Error" due to the maximum number of connection simultaneously allowed on shared hosting.

so I need help in choosing my new hosting provider according to the following points:
1- Handling an open forum 4 guests (i.e., the maximum number of connection simultaneously allowed is huge or unlimited if possible)
2- Good technical support, if possible 24/7 on phone.
3-Famous company.
4- Easy to adminstrate it, or to deal with it, as I'm used to shared hosting plans :$.
