Thanks very much Lynne. This looks as if it should do the job for me. Ive got the menu displaying ok now just need to work out what part of the bit after  o need to remove so as i can just put html in. I dont really want a drop down menu. Im sure it is easy enough to fix so i'll keep trying but all help appreciated. Actually i could do with a pull down menu too so this is great. thanks
