I think there is a little problem with this mod. If your buddy is invisible, he will not be displayed, despite the fact that you are an admin. The default buddy list module and the online user module do show that buddy.

How can I change the sort order? Is it possible to sort like this?

first all online-Buddies (no matter whether they have avatar)
then all online-users who are not buddies (no matter whether they have avatar)

The second list-criteria ist the "last-action". This is so that the list "moves" and everytime somebody else is on the top.

I don' t get the last part. Does this change only the top spot of the whole list? In my opinion the original sort order of your mod is only suited for very active boards. On small boards the list looks unsorted. I just checked your site. It does not look like the sort order you have written. All users have avatars, but there seem to be 4 different groups.
