Default AME Video Compatible Link Directory...

I know there are a few link directories out there... but they are overly complicated and don't suit my needs. I'm looking for something simple; as I dont need features like the whole comment system. This is actually pretty simple.

AME: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=189267

Here's what I need:

1. Reverse Title Lookup - a user should submit a link and the title should be retrieved from the URL itself; if the URL can't be contacted, then the link submission should be denied. The user will be able to edit the title of the link themselves after this.

2. URL = Description - links don't need descriptions, instead the URL should be used as the description. The description should process VB code (thus processing the [AME] code) and then the description will simply display the embedded video from youtube or wherever.

3. Usergroup Permisions Control - of course, basic permisisons based on usergroups and their ablities. Can submit links / Can create ROOT categories / Can create SUB categories / Can administer links and categories. (A root category would be any category that doesn't have a parent) Anyone should be able to edit/delete their own links.

4. Category Permissions Control - I need each category should have permissions for things like: can create links within this category. I need this because there are categories I dont want people to submit links to, I want to require them to create a sub-category in it first; and then submit into that sub-category.

5. Tags and Tag Cloud - Self explanatory.

6. Column Customization - EIRMA's Links and Downloads manager has a method to define how many links show up per row. (if you use the "Featured" template) So instead of being a single long column where 1 video is shown per row, I want to be able to show 2 videos per row.
