for arabic forum Automatic Thread Tagger not following Tagging vBulletin setting

because I set in Tagging vBulletin setting :

Tag Minimum Length : 4

and

Maximum Tags Applied by Thread Starter : 5

but in this thread I create now

Automatic Tags : adsl, قيمت, می, مخابرات, یا, ء20%, ارزان, بخشنامه, شود, شد

, می, یا, شود, شد are less than 4 characters

and too

10 word taged !


can you fix it ?
