Default consecutive new threads

I have vBulletin 3.7.2 pl1

I want to find someone to customize it for me to operate similar to another site that runs vBulletin

That site is http://www.vandymania.com

go on the first page...click on "forums"...
go to 'football' on drop down box...

notice that each of the "forums" (football, men's basketball, baseball, etc.) remain as one forum...in other words, there is a vertical ascending progression as new threads are added...

I want my threads & posts to follow the same thing this site does...

My site is http://www.VanderbiltSportsNews.com

Also, I want to eliminate the "views" column from my site...
I'd like to get these things done as soon as practical...
