Shared To Do List
I'm looking to put together a few pages of some of my site's to do items that I want certain people (admins, mods, etc) to be able to see and volunteer for handling. Basically, it should a list of items and a space next to each one that someone can put down that they will be handling. I'm sure I can figure something out to do this, but is there a mod or something premade that will do this?

EXAMPLE
- Write Article about X User 1
- Add People to Group Y User 2
Where the user part can be modified by selected users.
