I run phpfox with vbulletin and its great. Not sure how the import from phpbb would go since you already integrated it with phpfox.

Maybe set up vbulletin atthe same time, import users.

Then import topics and posts from phpbb, I'm sure there is an import out there. Override the user tables in vbulletin. I think it should work.

Make sure you get vbseo..helped me allot with SEF.
