How do i shrink the size of "The Following User Says Thank You to XXXXX For This Useful Post: "

I would like it to be smaller but dont know what template to edit, or what to edit in a template either. I've searched through the thread but havent found anything to help me, step by step. If someone could help, it would be appreciated.
