The template is called STANDARD_ERROR

What I can't understand is that it is the message for when you are not logged in / have permission to post.

When I removed $navbar and $footer from the template, it updated the Forum Closed message.

However, I can't see any placeholders where I can edit the message box itself - NOT the content of the message.

I want to have a totally custom Forum Closed page which I would do with HTML, but its just finding where / how to edit the template.
