I am about to buy Vbulletin tonight to set up a small board. I also need to buy webhosting. I wanted to ask for a few opinions.

Some recommend HostGator.com - is this site any good? My site will not be a crazy big site but I still need fast and reliable shared hosting.

I REALLY could use some help installing the Vbulletin

. Will someone on here do it for cheap?

. I've been sending emails to people who advertise on other forums - but no one seems to reply back.
