no you can use it for something else if you update the lisence at vb.com if you change forums, aslong as you don't have more that one live forum and one testvb which is password protected directory

Example
www.mysite.com/forums
www.mysite.com/Testvb

if you close and delete the www.mysite.com


you could go to vb.com and change ya details to ya new Url
