is just my opinion for me would be better because for example every week i have around 80 to 150 people waiting for confirmation .
after a system like I describe before people wont waste time register with a fake email because first need a code that they would get by email with out that code cant register .
in a week i would not have people to delete or move because of emails in few months people would know better than try to register with fake emails .
this is my opinion and I wish my English was better to explain with more detail so it make sense.
