I did this when 3.7.16 was out and went back to 3.7.14.

AdminCP -> Product Management -> Uninstall vBExperience & vBExperience Level

Next upload the kill_vbexperience.php to the folder it specifies. Type in the full URL (ie, http://yourdomainname.com/forum/kill_vbexperience.php).

DONE~!!
