Hi all,

This isn't nearly as complicated as the full e-mail discussion system proposed in another thread, since I don't care about forum interaction via POP3.

For just one of my forums, I would like to send to those who I have manually selected to receive notification of new THREADS not just notification of a new thread but the entire thread starter itself. Would a hack for this be easy to make?
