1. Salary is only calculated! You have to pay it yourself. You can use the result and multiple with a base number. For example: Base salary is 500, mod_A got 4.3 (in Salary Center) ~> his salary = 500x4.3 = 2150, etc. Salary Center is a tool to help you in calculating staff salary. It would be improved...
2. Active Duration is the period of time item works. In the select box you can see something like that "15 days - 1000 points" it means add item that works in 15 days, real price of item is 1000 (based on options when you add itemtype). In field Price, you can set the selling price (any value >1)
