after the last updates to 4.0 in the awards system, we found several bugs. Urgently, we need help. I?m writing in the acp an html code

it shown as http://my.home.com/award.php. In the member profile the html code is not shown.

I?m writing in the acp an code <ul><li>text</li></ul> is not shown in http://my.home.com/award.php. In the member profile the html code it shown.
How can we correct this mistake?
The second question is: Why the awards are not show in the memberlist?
