-Make a favicon
-The links are too colorful for the theme. (grey/green/white)
-Consider a subforum mod to compress everything (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=177954)
-There's a set of stock vb thread icons for dark backgrounds, it will make your icons look cleaner.

The only thing that I really think should be redone is the links. It just makes it too colorful and kills the theme in my opinion.
