is it the whole point of the super moderator group?

I want a moderator group that can oversee all of my forum areas. I still need a separate group that will oversee the moderator group. I dont want the moderator group to have the same powers & abilities that the super mods have.

Also if I make my mods super mods then I would not have any regular mods. The different in powers and abilities between mods and super mods is much more than being able to moderate different forum areas.
