1. I uninstalled your non working older chat version. Including removing all the old files.
2. I installed newest chat version. This included adding all the files to your different styles
3. I configured it and got it working. You can post standard characters.

Therefore I did. You are talknig about non standard characters. Simply import the Spanish language. But since I wasted 40 minutes doing all that because you don't have a clue what you are doing, and you uninstalled the chat when you knew I was installing it, and I had to redo all my work over, you can figure the rest out yourself.
