Hey guys,
I've been messing around with the templates from the "
HelpCenter" add-on and recreating most of the templates (as the default one's are a tad boring in my opinion) but now I've run into quite a bugger of a problem.
Globally for Quick Reply I have enabled the 'Standard Editor' instead of the complete WYSIWYG editor. Now when I reply to a thread, etc. using Quick Reply, I see the standard editor which looks something like this..
However, I have edited the actual PHP script inside "helpcenter.php" to make sure that when replying to a ticket it uses the Quick Reply editor (which has standard enabled only) instead of the complete editor. However, I am still seeing all of the extra items found on the WYSIWYG editor instead of the standard items as seen in the image above. This is what I'm seeing even though I have Quick Reply enabled..
This is the code running for the Quick Reply in the HelpCenter plugin.
PHP Code:
}
require_once(DIR . '/includes/functions_editor.php');
$show['wysiwyg'] = ($setting['allow_bbcode'] ? is_wysiwyg_compatible() : 0);
$istyles_js = construct_editor_styles_js();
$show['qr_require_click'] = 0;
$editorid = construct_edit_toolbar('', 0, 'helpcenter', ($setting['allow_smilies'] ? 1 : 0), 1, false, 'qr');
$messagearea = "
<script type=\"text/javascript\">
<!--
var require_click = false;
var threaded_mode = 1;
var is_last_page = false;
// -->
</script>
$messagearea
";
eval('$HTML .= "' . fetch_template('hcenter_quickreply') . '";');
I've gone through each check list to make sure there is nothing I haven't done to change the editor. Basically all I want is just for the editor to display the items in the first image. Nothing more, nothing less.
As far as I am aware all PHP and template coding is correct, but it doesn't seem to be changing. I don't want/need the extra options on the editor, I just want the minimal basics for it. Do you guys know what I could be doing wrong, or how I can fix it?
