Reason for Nomination: BeFit4Free exists to give the Average Joe a way to get motivated and learn proper exercise technique as well as discuss weight loss, exercise, diet tips and anything else that might be holding them back from getting healthy.

Not only do we offer FREE advice and also shoot our own personal training videos to teach people proper exercise form, but we are also sponsoring 2 MMA Fighters (Duane Ludwig and Alvin Robinson) to help spread the word and get more people involved in health and fitness.

We'd love to be nominated for Board of the Month because it will help even more people discover our site and allow them to get in shape!
