vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How are some animated avatars getting through?

I have animated avatars disabled. SOMETIMES certain types of .gif files are still allowed through.

I've checked and rechecked usergroup permissions AND any products or plugins that would effect this and there's no reason at all why these animated avatars are going through.

Any ideas?

Is there a way to disable .gif avatars completely?
