Is there a way to Include vBulletin Phrases such as $vbphrase[phrasex] to be able to Manage Various Languages??

How can that be done??

I tried to introduce $vbphrase[phrasex] in the Title Field and No Result, appears "$vbphrase[phrasex]" and not the vBulletin Phrase "phrasex".

(Works in vB373 but when a Stand-Alone Link is Created and then Edited the First Link on the Dropdown Menu is Changes to the Edition of the Stand-Alone Link).
