I've been reading about you trying to get this implemented and I think it's a great idea. If there isn't a FAQ system, this is the next best thing. This is actually how I categorize threads of interest on my home computer..

I agree that I think it should be locked and that only Mods can post to it. It keeps the clutter out and makes for a nice reference point.

Only suggestion I have and I don't know if it's possible, is to make the links scroll down the page instead of opening up a new window..

Other than that, I like it.
