How do I hide the date and time from certain threads or posts?

I use the word "hide" because I dont want to remove the date and time forever. I also dont want to mess-up or alter the post sequencing in any way. I just want to make it so that no one can see when certain posts; or posts in certain threads; were made until, or unless, I decide to un-hide them.
