Quick questions...
shold be easy if you know.

is there a way to set it so a moderator/admin can NOT post in a thread it if its closed? but still be mod/admin, so to speak.
on per forum bases? ie: can post in closed threads (and open/close them) in some but not all forums?

If so, WHERE is that setting? I couldn't find it.

I tried ADMINCP >> USeRGROUP >> USERGROUP MANAGER >> Can Open / Close Own Threads [NO] (but that didn't work

).

ie: where is the option to turn on/off being able to post in closed threads?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
