if they hacked something else than the vBulletin license, i don't see why you would have to report it to the software provider... it's a security question related to your hosting and services, not the software itself...

though do you have proofs that xtrenda.com hacked your site?!... a login form coming from that site looks more like a bad ftp access to a specific file, not a hacking technique...
