I tried that and it still keeps logging me out, expecially when i try to save the vB Settings -> All Settings. Whenever i just try to save one section it works, the full listing of all settings again logs me out.

And some texts that are put into HTML-Form-Elements are cut off at the first occurence of an Special Character like ä / ö / ü and so on.

But you are right, this also happens with "mysql"
