With or without your customer details, you can always open a ticket by sending an email to
sales@vbulletin.com (best for license issues) or
support@vBulletin.com.
As already stated nobody at vB.org can look into your license details, except me (as i am also a Jelsoft Staff Member).
Closing this thread as license issues should be discussed in a ticket.
PS I guess you already resolved the problem as i can see that your licensed URL has been updated yesterday.
