So my htaccess works because it shows the same error as when I go directly to the php page. So here's my question:
I have my .htaccess file in place because when I try to access the sitemap it gives me the same error as the php page it gets redirected to. You can see the page here: http://idevkit.com/forums/vbseo_gets...hp?sitemap=xml

Any idea why I am getting this error?
