Did you make sure to change the settings in the adminCP -> Styles & Templates/Style Manager -> Blak_Ice ->All Style Options

User Control Panel Form Width =480px

Message Area Width =640px

User Control Panel Message Area Width  =380px

Code Block Width  =640px

If you guys could let me know if that was it, I'll clean up the templates and re-upload a new xml file for everyone else. If it isn't the fix I will investigate more and find the issue.
