I have recently upgraded to the new version. Now there are at least 4 members who can't see any of the chats. They see the box, the BB code icons, and who's online, but no actual chats!!

I tried signing in as two of them, and I can see the chats just fine signed in as them. Here is a screenshot of what they are seeing:

Any suggestions? Also - one other weird thing, the chatbox was working fine for one of them this morning, and nothing was changed in the meantime.

EDIT: Two of them have just told me they can see it with IE but not with Firefox, but I use Firefox and I can see it fine.
